- The BNU alumni gathered at U.C.Berkeley Koshland Hall.
The medium sized conference room makes us feel very comfortable. On the
meeting
table some finger food to eat. On the dinning table plenty of food and
Chinese dishes made by Xie, Meng - excellent cooker and generous host,
satisfied everybody's stomach. More over, the display of today's BNU
Beijing campus refreshed our memory. The beautiful scenery of BNU
Zhuhai Campus interested all of the attendants. As you know, BNU has built
up a 5000 mu (3) beautiful campus in Zhuhai within last two years. Another
campus in ChangPing is under construction now.
This time, since we got a comfortable and private meeting room (many
thanks
to Chen, Ling Jing who arranged this room from U.C.Berkeley), we had
easy time to
introduce ourselves with detail, plus freely asked questions from all
directions, we know each other much better. And, we found many possible
cooperation opportunities
among us, in business and friendship. NO doubt, we see the big
advantage of having our own space. Thanks Chen Ling-jing again.
The meeting lasted from noon to around 4 PM. We feel so happy to
have a chance to
celebrate our Chinese New Year in this fantastic holiday season.
I am sorry for whose who got lost by driving around the Bay, in stead of
half circle at Berkeley,
or had difficulties to find the building / room. We wish that we
could set up a GIS navigation system for everyone's convenience.
