| 06-15-2002 Event Dear BNU friends,
Sorry for the delayed report. On Saturday, June 15th, nineteen people including adults and children met before noon at San Antonio Park. We had a picnic from 12 to 2PM. It was very relaxing and we enjoyed the abundance of food brought by all the families. The adults had a great time chatting and eating while the children had fun playing on the grass. We all started hiking at 2PM, covering several miles along the side of the mountain. Near the end of the hiking trail we met several deer that were trotting along side of us. The children screamed in excitement and could not control their wonder. We all had a wonderful time and great exercise. Thanks to Shi Yong Xia for recommending such a pleasant hiking trail.
For those of you that could not make it this time, we certainly do not want you to miss out next time!
