Dear friends,

On Sunday afternoon, September 22nd, 4:30pm.  Over twenty alumni gathered with the BNU president, Professor Zhong, and had a productive meeting.  The President shared the exciting BNU 100th anniversary celebration with us.  He summarized that through the celebration, BNU has reached three achievements.  
First, BNU's international standing has risen much higher than before and has switched its goal from a normal university to a world famous university that is focused on a variety of majors including but not confined to teaching.  
Second, BNU has cleared all the dead corners from the university, and transformed the campus into a beautiful and clean environment
Third, BNU received a giant grant from both the central and local government.  A sum of 1.2 billion RMB.

We had dinner at fisherman's wharf with a beautiful view of the bay and continued the exciting topics until 9:30pm.
