Dear BNU Friends,

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  I hope those of us that left on vacation had a great time as well, many of us that stayed in the Bay Area met together for lunch on yesterday, November 29th. 

Twenty-eight friends (including children) gathered from 11:30 until 1:30.  New alumni are Ms. Zhong, Wei Xiong (chem 78 grad student), welcome to our family.

We had a great time at the Buffet House, with a variety of foods.  Thanks to Zhao Ming who found and reserved this restaurant for us. 

Several pieces of good news about our friends:
Zheng Xiao Ling (chem) had her second child, a newborn beautiful baby girl,
Gao Hua Xing is pregnant and expects to have her second baby next June,
Wang Nai Ru (EE) bought a new house recently, so let's congratulate all of them on that wonderful news. 

BNU T-shirts were a hot sale.  Thanks to those who bought T-shirts, as we generated six dollars per T-shirt., which we will spend on future activities.

We would like a place that we can stay at for a longer time with more activities.  If you have any suggestions please let me know @510 508 8399.

A message from our volleyball team's captain, Liu Feng:  Our volleyball team is recruiting members.  If you know an alumni that plays volleyball, please ask them to join the team, so at next year's athletic competition, we'll win!
