Hi all

We had a wonderful gathering last Sunday, with overwhelming
participation, delicious food, and 4 wonderful presentations.

45+ people showed up (including kids). We also have 6~7 first time
comers! Welcome, new friends.

I believed everybody was impressed on the variety of food we had for
the hot pot. Thanks Chen Xiao Hui, Xie Mong, Wu Kang Long, Xu Han for
all the shopping work. Whoever came out with the long food list, thanks.

Most amazingly, Wu Kang Long made up the hot pot sauce on the spot,
which was so delicious.

Other people helped to prepare the food, arrange tables, and brought
the pots, chairs. Thanks.

Our presentation list was unbelievably long this time, we got totally
4 presentations:
Xiong Li Ping gave a presentation on the charity work she has involved
to help students in poor areas in China (http://shinshinfoundation.org).

Professor Chen gave a presentation on all kinds of mushrooms,
especially the mushrooms we can pick up here in CA! Do we want to go
hiking together and pick up delicious fresh mushroom ourselves?

Professor Zheng had a short talk about comparison on agriculture
between U.S. and China.

Chen Xiao Hui had a photo show on the amazing trip she had to India.

Thanks Wang Zhan to provide the PanHouse, to make all these possible!
