关于兴建”北京师范大学百年里程碑”的总体方案
2002 年, 北京师范大学将迎来建校100周年. 这是北京师范大学发展史上的一个重要里程碑, 也是中国高等教育的一件大事. 为弘扬北师大”学为人师, 行为世范”的光荣传统和治学精神, 增强广大校友的凝聚力和自豪感, <北京师范大学百年校庆总体方案>项目第38号,拟在校园兴建”北京师范大学百年里程碑”, 使之成为北师大的标志和象征.
项目主管: 北京师范大学校庆办公室.
资金来源:
1. 历届校友和在校师生的自愿捐赠;
2. 社会各界捐赠.
捐赠数额:
海外校友100美元起.
捐赠回报:
1. 对捐款者, 发给捐款收据, 证书, 纪念币, 纪念品, 捐赠者姓名将会登载在百年里程碑的碑座上.
2. 对超过捐赠额的个人和社会各界的捐赠回报另有表彰办法.

藉北京师范大学校长代表团访问北美之机. 北美北师大校友会美西分会日前在旧金山湾区成立. 并选举产生了第一届理事会, 由王莉, 时永霞, 赵明, 李莹, 刘峰, 邹莹和孙晓冰七位理事组成. 会长王莉， 副会长赵明, 时永霞. 并聘请老校友高清迈先生为资深顾问. 应校友的要求, 该会订于本月13日星期六下午一点半在 UC Berkeley 举办以回国服务, 发展为主题的座谈会. 特别邀请即将举家迁回北京任职于北师大现 UC Berkeley 齐晔教授与大家交流个人心得体会. 欢迎有意关注这方面情况的校友参加. 详情请电：510-236-8899 或电子邮件LILIANWANG@AOL.COM 王莉.

Visiting North America (3.3--3.14)Dear BNU Alumni,
The New Spring is coming. I hope each and every one of our 210 members
will enjoy the new Horse Year and ride on this new horse towards your
successful goal.
Here is more news coming. As the once-in-a-lifetime event--BNU 100th
Anniversary, is near in October of this year, BNU President Delegate is
about to visit us in USA & Canada in early March. This delegation of six
VIPs from all BNU college leadership will stop at San Francisco,
Washington D.C., New York, Toronto, and Vancouver. The purpose of the
trip includes, but not limited to, 1) visit North American university
presidents to exchange ideas about global education and prepare for
Beijing International University President Forum (IUPF, October 2002);
2) meet with BNU alumni; 3) recruit overseas talents and professors to
fill a list of attractive positions at BNU.

1。2000年工程。
北美校友就自己的教学，科研及专业经验，设计或组织一个以上有一定技术含量的项目，介绍给母校， 支持北师大在新世纪里的教学和科研的发展，办好北师大科技园，创建一流大学。
2。新世纪之交，北美校友分地区聚会活动。
3。校友基金会捐款。
请北美校友自行捐款到母校，支援母校建设和支持在校校友的学习。支票请寄北师大校友基金，银行汇款资料如下：

N. American BNU Alumni sponsor's second meeting was hold on Dec 12, 99 with following suggestions:
1. Y2K project. Suggest everyone to bring one good project to BNU based on its own professional experience / research work, support BNU remain its academic excellence and become to the top University of China.
2. New Millennium celebration. Hope Alumni can get together and have any kinds of activity to celebrate the special time locally.
3. Alumni fund account. If you wish to make a donation to BNU to support our schoolmates, and school's development, we suggest you to mail the check to BNU directly or wire transfer to the account as below.
